The Italian Style Town (Yishi Fengqing Qu) is a preserved grid of Italian villas, piazzas and cafés by the Haihe River. It is the only intact Italian concession quarter in China. You wander free,拍照 and dine under the European facades.

Intro: why go

Tianjin was a Treaty Port with many foreign concessions, and this quarter keeps the Italian layer best. The buildings are real, not theme-park copies. For a foreign visitor it is a strange, pleasant step out of China without leaving the city.

Tickets & booking

Entry is free and open all day; no reservation exists. Individual cafés, restaurants and the small museums charge their own prices. Book a dinner table online only if you want a popular weekend spot.
